Step 1: Submit the Application Package

Families may complete the online application form and submit the application fee payment electronically.

Alternatively, to begin the admissions process, please email the following items to Melany Butcher:

• A completed application form

• A non-refundable $250 application processing fee (cash, cheque, credit card, or e-transfer to mpark@fieldstonedayschool.org)

• A copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport

• An up-to-date immunisation record

• Report cards from the past two academic years (not required for JK/SK applicants)

• A recommendation letter from a current teacher or principal

• Any additional supporting documentation you wish to include

Step 2: Interview and Trial Class

Once the completed application package has been received and reviewed, a member of the Admissions Team will contact you to arrange the following:

• An in-person student interview (required unless travel distance makes this impractical)

• A parent meeting with the Admissions Team to discuss your child’s learning profile, interests, and educational goals

• A half-day or full-day trial visit to allow your child to experience a typical day at Fieldstone

Step 3: Admission Decision

Families of successful applicants will receive a Conditional Offer of Admission outlining next steps and deadlines.

Step 4: Final Documentation and Payment

To confirm enrolment and secure your child’s placement, the following must be submitted by the date specified in the acceptance letter:

• Post-dated tuition cheques

• Post-dated activity fee cheque

• Post-dated registration fee

• A signed and dated Legal Agreement
