Step 1: Submit the Application Package

To proceed, please complete the application form. Processing of your application will begin when the Admissions Department has received the following items:

• Completed application form.
• Payment of $250 application process fee in cash, cheque, credit card, or e-transfer at mpark@fieldstonedayschool.org.
• Photocopy of your child’s birth certificate, passport, or other similar government-issued document.
• Up-to-date immunization record.
• Copies of your child’s most recent two years’ report cards (not applicable to JK/SK applicants).
• A recommendation letter from one of your child(ren)’s current teachers or principal.
• Any other supporting documents you would like to share with us must be forwarded at this time.

Step 2: Schedule an Interview and a Trial Class 

Once we have received your child(ren)’s application package(s), an admissions staff member will contact you to schedule an appointment for your child(ren) to visit and interview. Unless distance makes it impossible, all applicants must have an in-person interview. On the same day, the following activities will be arranged for your child(ren):

• A tour of our school.
• A full or half-day trial class. 

Step 3: Admission Decisions 

Successful applicants will receive a Conditional Offer of Admission for acceptance.

Step 4: Submit the Following Items

If acceptance is offered, please submit the following items by the date indicated on your acceptance letter:

• Post-dated tuition cheques.
• Post-dated activity fee cheque.
• Post-dated registration fee.
• Legal agreement, signed and dated.

Once we have received your child(ren)’s application package(s), an admissions staff member will contact you to schedule an online interview. 

Step 3: Admission Decisions 

Successful applicants will receive a Conditional Offer of Admission for acceptance.

Step 4: Submit the Following Items

Should acceptance be offered, you will receive an acceptance package, which includes the letter of acceptance and registration agreement. The student, parent, guardian, or agent must confirm registration by forwarding full tuition payment and the registration agreement by the date specified on the acceptance letter. Monies should be forwarded by bank transfer to the bank shown below:

Step 5. Apply for a Study Permit through your Local Canadian Embassy
