Step 1: Submit the Application Package

Please fill the online form with the application fee payment.

To begin the admissions process, please submit the following required items by email to Ms. Melany Butcher.

• A completed application form

• A non-refundable $250 application processing fee (cash, cheque, credit card, or e-transfer to: mpark@fieldstonedayschool.org)

• A copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport

• An up-to-date immunisation record

• Report cards from the past two academic years (not required for JK/SK applicants)

• A recommendation letter from a current teacher or principal

• Any additional supporting documents you wish to provide

Step 2: Interview and Trial Class

Once we have received your completed application package, a member of our Admissions Team will contact you to schedule:

• An in-person interview with your child (required unless distance makes this impractical)

• A parent interview with our Admissions Team to discuss your child’s learning style, interests, and educational goals

• A full- or half-day trial class, giving your child the opportunity to experience a day in the Fieldstone community

Step 3: Admission Decisions

Families of successful applicants will receive a Conditional Offer of Admission.

Step 4: Final Documentation and Payment

To secure your child’s place at Fieldstone, please submit the following items by the date specified in your acceptance letter:

• Post-dated tuition cheques

• Post-dated activity fee cheque

• Post-dated registration fee

• The signed and dated Legal Agreement

Step 2: Schedule an Online Interview

Once we have received the completed application package, a member of the Admissions Team will contact you to arrange an online interview with your child.

Step 3: Admission Decision

Successful applicants will be issued a Conditional Offer of Admission.

Step 4: Submit Required Items

Upon receiving an offer, you will receive an acceptance package, including a Letter of Acceptance and a Registration Agreement. To confirm your child’s place, please submit the following by the deadline stated in your acceptance letter:

• Full tuition payment

• The signed Registration Agreement

Step 5: Apply for a Study Permit

With your official Letter of Acceptance, please apply for a Study Permit through your local Canadian embassy or consulate.
