Yesterday, our Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8 students enjoyed an enriching and memorable excursion to the Royal Ontario Museum.
Throughout the day, students explored diverse exhibits spanning natural history, world cultures, science, and art. From ancient civilisations to towering dinosaur fossils, each gallery offered opportunities to deepen classroom learning through direct observation and inquiry.
The visit encouraged curiosity, thoughtful questions, and meaningful discussion among students and teachers alike. Beyond academics, the shared experience strengthened connections across grade levels and allowed students to create lasting memories together.
At Fieldstone, experiential learning plays an important role in nurturing engaged, inquisitive learners. The day at the Royal Ontario Museum was a wonderful reminder that discovery extends far beyond the classroom.
